Parker Stockdale is a project manager with nearly two decades of experience leading complex, high-stakes engineering and construction initiatives across the maritime and commercial sectors. He began his career in the world of superyacht construction and refit management. In this industry, Parker Stockdale oversaw more than $125 million in large-scale project budgets and managed multinational technical teams.

In addition to his technical leadership, Parker Stockdale has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, and long-term lifecycle planning. His portfolio includes full-cycle oversight ranging from design and procurement to hands-on engineering coordination and sea trials.

Transitioning into land-based construction, Mr. Stockdale expanded his career in central Oregon, beginning as a senior project manager with Spectrum Building & Restoration. There, he managed between 10 and 35 residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects at a time, ultimately stepping into a general management role. Under his leadership, the firm achieved the most profitable quarter in its 17-year history, a testament to his operational insight and ability to refine systems and organizational structure.
